What can I do about a guy who photographed me and published photos on a website?

My girlfriend is in a relationship with a guy who is into feet. He has offered me and my friends money if we would let him take photos of our feet but we refused. Me and some friends found out that this guy has posted "candid photos of feet" that include our feet. In the pictures our faces or blotted out but you can still tell it is us by tattoos, the shoes we wear, clothing we wear, and our hairstyles. Some of the pictures aren't blotted out. Is there any way we can get him to take these photos off his website? He claims since he blotted our faces out and other photos our faces are unrecognizable or just photos of our feet that this is legal for him to post these pictures. Can someone legally take photos of someone and post it on the Internet without their permission even if they blot out the face or it is just a shot of our feet? I don't want any part of my body on a website and he has me wearing a sun bathing suit as well as photos of me barefoot, wearing flip-flops, and other shoes. Anyone who knows me can tell these are photos of me because of a birthmark on my left ankle and they can recognize my shoes. Is it legal what he is doing? If not is there anything I can do to stop him? I'm an adult so child porn laws don't apply.
