Do you feel Jehovahs Witnesses really do practice what they preach or are a bunch of smoking mirrors & hot air?

The only JW I know well is passionate and adamant about her faith. Overall, I think she is a good person, although she does have a hilarious streak of sarcasm that isn't always 100% nice. Personally, even though I don't agree with her beliefs, I don't see her as a hypocrite.
