Could I get a freelance job in Art with a AA degree?

I'm real interesting in doing some Artwork and submitting samples of my work Online. What kind of jobs are available or is there any that I could do to may some extra money or earn some income! I love to do this on the side! If anyone knows please be kind enough to offer some Candid advice and suggestion on what I can do! Thank you for your time!
