I downloaded a torrent?

basically its from a '99 game that i used to play, and now I got it to format on the disc. Great, I click on it and it opens up a TOSHIBA Disc Creator. I just want this game to play on my disc but I really don't have a clue how to write it on there.. someone who can help please help me!! thanks xx
