Toshiba high pitched noise?

Toshiba running windows 7 32 bit makes a screeching sound, it's not the speakers I disabled the speakers through the device menu and it still continued, I'm guessing a wire inside is bad due to some manufacturer defect? It did not always do this. Thanks

What difference is there between HDTVs and Standard definition TVs as far as gaming?

I play modern warfare 2 on xbox on a standard definition Toshiba cinema series tv and whenever I play xbox on someone else's HDTV the feel of it feels slower or less reactive. I play the highest controller sensitivity on my SDTV and set it to the same on the other TVs but it still feels different.

How to turn on wireless capability on Toshiba laptop using a function key?

I know that you are supposed to turn on the switch in front/side of the computer and I did however the computer still keeps telling me that the switch it turned off and that the wireless card is fine so I think the switch is broken. The computer tells me i can also use a function key combination. Can someone tell me what the key is and how to use it?
